Ahaa .. thought it was catching!

Hoping to do a short run tomorrow evening once I have been up to see Murph, if its not raining I might also take him out if he's lucky although looking at the state of him the other day it may well take me all week to clean him!

GoooOOooood Morningggg!!

It's wet and wintery in Wales, but I'm a happy Pirate coz it's hump day, another day closer to Friday when I don't have to drag myself into work!

My early morning sessions have gone right out of the window since its been proper dayrk first thing, I'm hoping to get some regular swim/bike and run back into my life after Sunday. It's all been about the running for a while now. And yoga of course!
I'm just going to enjoy one more week of lazing in bed until the absolute latest I can .

staying ib bed in the morning is good Hope.i wouldn't rush into getting upearly.....

wasn't very successful with the painting yesterday .will try again this morning

I am tired..but a good evening....

got problems with ,y redecorating.....after pulling up the carpet have discovered that i have some floorboard problems..why does one job always lead to another job............

I don't know who Bob Babbit is.  Is that bad?

Seren - just put the carpet back down, if you didn't know about the floor board problems before, you can forget them again

the big holes seem to be getting bigger.and my teenage boys aren't getting any lighter on their feet

hopefully can get some washing done soon...and get some heating on

I have a full tummy, jacket and beans 

Swim swum, nearly back to full power and a nice muddy run in the woods

Someone on Twitter mentioned wine .. I blame whoever that was for my next move

Stop whining Mouldy!  Oh, THAT sor of wine!  Stop that too and hand the glass (full) over NOW.....

In other news.....  I am being asked to attend a course on how to drive at silly speed so I guess I better attend otherwise what do points make?
