Gosh. You all out training or something??
I've had 2, yes *2* cups of coffee.

Anything could happen

Anything could happen in the next half an hour.  Glad to hear you're sounding more bouncy Hope.

Debbo- hope you enjoy it.  It's been ages since I was last in a theatre.

Oh .. friend Sue and I were discussing after swimming when we can go and see Mr Bond on the big screen, I just cant wait to go and see it .. anyway, O2 customers get various discounts and what have you so we were looking to see if we could get a deal and whilst perusing noticed that Great Expectations is on at the new Aylesbury Waterside theatre this week and its a BOGOF deal so we are going !!!   I am almost as excited as seeing Mr Bond, I love the story and the film and I hope the stage does it justice, for those that remember, Burnside from The Bill is playing Magwitch which I think is a brilliant choice !!
and we are going on WEDNESDAY

and i'm going to the theatre as well (se above)
although quite when I am going to fit in Mr Bond (fnaar fnaar) I dont know !!

I have swum (i'm not going to go on!!)   and done a nice 45 min run and am now intent on doing not a lot for the evening

Didn't die so it means I can go for a run round the harbour in the morning with Smiffy and youngest teen

Oh is it beachy day? Have a good one folks.

Also isn't seren off marathoning up a mountain or something?? Go Seren!

I'm still snotty and coughing so no training again. I'm quite getting in the swing of mooching about in my fluffies of a morning. It's going to be quite the culture shock to get going again especially now that winter seems to have hit!

I probably *could* run, but I don't want to rist a relapse, it's happened to me too often.

Got friends visiting today and staying the night, so I've got to whizz around with the hoover one more time. It's good for me to have people stay, it's about the only time the house gets a deep clean lol!

Post of the week that is!

27/10/2012 at 12:45

Parental laptop fixed.
Off to Wickes to buy some floorboarding to make an outdoor dirt tray for Ginger Whinger.
Off to Tesco to buy ingredients for Christmas Cake.
Build said dirt tray
Soak dried fruit in brandy for baking tomorrow morning

In other news HRH of MK is at a swimming gala.  One texts reads 'Feck me, there's some ripped chiselled torsoes here.  I'm winning the flopping on your belly and squirming to get out of the pool competition'

However, 40:78 for 50m  (Probably still last though )

It's been freezing in Wales. Been a two vest day.

Well done Barley!
I've not got an impressive list of jobs done to post but I have coughed a lot *and* had a glass of wine.

Might log coughing actually.

Had a proper abs workout/near death experience in Cowbridge earlier.

I have visitors but am hiding for 5 mins. I cooked a Thai curry for dinner and didn't account for my taste buds being a bit dulled due to lurgy. Garr and visitors had a bit of a sweat on by the time they were half way through, but honestly! My sinuses have never been so clear!

I'd better go and be socialble for a bit before bed time
