Morning all- must get an early night tonight.....

8.30pm was a nice early night for me  

If there's ever a national sleeping team I think you're a shoo-in.  I had to save the world from a dark priest and an interdimensional rift, took a little longer than we anticipated.

Hehe, his face was a picture as he sussed out your camera Mousie If you send aforementioned picture to me, I will see what 'im indoors can do. Meldy, the JimJam shot is orsum I think the thing I like most about the piccies is that we are either grinning our heads off in them, or cackling. Either way, all good!

I did run with D today, over 5 miles we did. His rib doesn't hurt when he runs, so that's great news - and the cycling has started again too, so hurrah! It was so very beautiful out in Bushy Park this morning, I tried very hard for the last mile and thought I might keel over...but didn't! So I decided to nearly keel over after my bath instead...rescued by Heinz tomato soup. Slurrrrp.

I did say to him oer the weekend that perhaps his body is now being overprotected and once he started back doing something it may become easier .... strange things bodies!

The last thing I fancy doing is going to the gym but that is what I shall do on my way home and I shall damn well enjoy it

so much phoning and emailing and sorting out today..but will go for a swim and a spin.........

Happy mermaiding to all the swimmers, I have pencilled in a swim this evening, but we'll have to see whether the car battery has held its charge (or not). 

S'nice and sunny now but still a bit brass monkeys.

I made homemade soup today as well.must be the weather for it..........

I am beginning to question the wisdom of bringing a salad to work ....

 are we entertaining the hungry monster or is it the lack of warming-ness that said salad offers?

I finished my homemade soup on Monday.  Chicken remains meals for the rest of this week.

It was part of my 'same thing for three days' menu planning 

I do have fishcakes to add a bit of warmth
