All good signs Seren .. except the HR bit of course !!

I have had a productive evening so far but still have a few hours to go and I have run out off steam

Morning. Is it bedtime yet?

Morninks

Now that I am concentrating solely on running (with swimming and cycling just for pleasure) I can do all my training during the week which leaves weekends as rest days.

I am a much more happy bunny for that as its means I no longer have conflicting priorities

That said, off to the pool later to get my hair wet

Morning. I have run envy. Garr is just back from his long run and after not running at all for about 3 weeks, he did 10 miles in 1:16.

Well I'll be going for my plod soon. 13 miles today. Just trying to decide which way to go.

I have swum. First time in over a month. I didn't drown. I shall shortly commence running. Yippee!

Men are so very annoying aren't they!!

Seren, you really do need to rest if your HR is high

I did some hilly bike reps in the failing light but I was glad I got out there, 90 mins done

Is it normal for one's bod to ache 18 week's AFTER body pump please?  Well, when I say 18 weeks I mean 24 hours!  Haven't done the exercise for approx 6 months and wonder why every muscle I have is screaming at me!  I can't believe how much agony I am in today! LOL

In other news....... Have I told you my bod aches?

[Looks guiltily at Wabbit and does some press ups]

Morning all (except for Meldy who qualifies for a belated good night),

Wabbs, I shall save your post and cut and paste it after my start of term pilates on Thursday.

Top swimming Mouse.

Hope- grin and bear it I think is the expression, very apt for your line of business.

Tadworth 10 for me at the weekend, I finished about 12 minutes behind Garr (had he been at the event), this years memento was a mini-picnic bag- they do something different every year so there's an incentive to keep entering to see what this years will be.

Fefe, I was right behind you at Tadworth yesterday (at the start anyhow).  The hooter went and everyone charged off just as I was about to say hello
