Its closer to summer than it is to autumnToday I have packed my gym kit ... there is every chance it will get used in anger
crap night sleep here.but up now as got to go to the pool
will sauna and yoga afterwards.got to drop son off at my mams for babysitting which is wrong as its not him that i can't trust..
anyway.it looks like its trying to brighten up.
Debbo have agreat time and I hope BTS with be feeling well enough to make up for the weeks of undereating

I have swam twice a week for over a month now......................but if Mr Fink thinks that this will increase to 3 times a week in 6 more weeks then he had better Fink again
I have to tell myself i can come out after 30 mins if i really want to and I reward myself with a sauna afterwards.............and so far managed to do 2 hours a week.its cause i have a mentor ain't it

According to the interweb we have an additional 1 minute 19 seconds of daylight (compared to yesterday).
Meldy- suggest you pack happy gym kit next time, then you can have a nice time at the gym rather than an angry one.
I seem to have functioning heating today, inasmuch as the fans are spinning but the room itself doesn't seem to be getting hotter. I too am supposed to be swimming tonight (assuming I remember to run there). Happy days all.

i have swam.....and following meldy's example that swimming more does make you swim faster............
I have got faster.
My aim was to get to 2.4k an hour by the end of december and 2.5k by the end of January...
2 weeks ago I hit the 2.4k target.....last week ihit the 2.5k and today i hit 2.6k in the hour
I haven't swum since 2009
I have, however, run 8 and a bit miles at unde 10mm, which is unheard of for me these days
I have also cleaned and tidied and loaded the car with a load for the tip and ironed and cleaned some more and soon I'm going out for a meal with some friends - yippee

I'm doing cardiff parkrun on saturday and then a bike ride with broke but tring so will probably be zooming past your way
I am home I have been to the gym and done a bit of this and that and I did 10 mins of R/WDidnt feel too clever at first but eased off and (everything crossed) feels absolutely fine at the moment so am taking that as a good signWill do 10 mins every other day for a few days and see how it goes

I have ran slowly for 75mins with a newbie group........club is attracting a lot at the moment and our policy of having back markers seesm to be working
Will assess tonight and in the morning ... so far so good I thinkRestoration Man on at the moment with a location to die for
I havent run properly since end of the summer .... I am hoping a good talking to will work this time round
