Nice training and flu beating folks.
Today was a rest day for me which felt very VERY strange for a Saturday. I haven't decided if I miss Ironman training or not yet.
There appears to be a 45 minute swim on my programme for Monday 
That'll be a bloody big shock to the system I'll tell you that!
It all seems to be going well so far except I'm running a bit too fast for the time I'm looking for, which is all very well at this stage but means the wheels are likely to fall off later. I can run faster than my goal pace and slower than my goal pace, but I just can't seem to hit it and maintain it. It's just going to take practice I know.
Flashers on run routes don't help the mission. I didn't half inject some speed yesterday!
