i left my liner gloves, which i wear on underneath my fingerless gloves on the train
i take them off to read as i can't turn the pages otherwise.
i also wear them to run, looks like i am wearing socks instead this evening!

I somehow managed to be both sweaty and cold while out on the bike yesterday- but nice to see the sun.
My Haile is on the sitting room wall above the telly, I can't remember which 'mere it's of off the top of my head but I do know it's on the back of the frame.

Ahaa ... thats me being forgetful at my ageI ran for 40 mins I did and it was ok and it was in the snow and it was on the towpath and I saw ducks and swans and moorhens and I got a score of 9/10 to go on my plan (I would really like that to be the start of progress please)
Sounds like a big step in the right direction to me.
Rest day here for which I am very grateful. I got a horrible cramp towards the end of yesterdays long run. I'm thinking it's my legs protesting at the running faster on the longer runs. Or maybe it's a salt/hydration/stretching issue. Whatever causes it, it was bloody painful and sore for the rest of the day.
I think I might need to get back on the nuun tabs for longer stuff.
we just had a new supply of salt tabs delivered today
Its funny how different people prefer a rest day after a long hard run and others prefer a slow recovery run

I just enjoy a rest day wherever they appear. I would have run today if it was on the programme. But given how cold and wet it is I'm happy to be in my jimjams OOh Happy Birthday Plum... I must have missed that! xx

never.........I got in the pool today early.kicked off and then sunk....realised i had forgot my poolbuoy and had to go back to the locker for it........I'm improving nicely without it.....just got to practise breast stroke for a tri in May in the pool
Why do you need to practise breast stroke? Because you cant use your legs?? Now, as woman of strong mind I am permanently amazed at you 'cant/wont' attitude to using your legs !!!! Feckin get on with it and find a way to use them
