I sooo want a pushkin. Do you think if I ever find a new house, I can sneak one in and pretend it just came with the house
Of course you can Mrs F .. every new purchase of a house comes with a free cat, its a legal requirementGoo moaning and happy weekends all

trying to work out whether to go out on the bike or not..might ease off with a bit of fresh air.....or might make it worse....decsions decsions
Seren you could always give it a go ... if you have pain or stiffness then come back home and have a hot bathIt might be better than doing nothing?
good advice meldy...I wanted a long bike ride because the weather was perfect...but i did do one on wednesday so no big deal...................managed a 65 min bike followed by a 15 min run as I noticed I hadn't done a brick sessions this week.......followed by a run.........
feeling better for doing it and the back is about the same.........going to spend the afternoon taking it easy instead of going to watch the hockey.....all that standing up would make it much worse
Watch the rugby instead
... which I managed to watch snippets of inbetween pretending to work all afternoonI have a few projects underway and I am not sure which one to prioritise and I tend towards the ones that I enjoy which isnt always the one that I should be concentrating on !!Nasty nasty 11-21 shift tomorrow so thats all day and all night and practically into bedtime

tradition in my family is that we give the nieces and nephews an instant lottery thing on their 16th birthday.........not the best of ideas with hindsight as we could be getting them hooked on gambling......well My youngest is the youngest of the 10 of them and he had £11 pounds worth on instanst scratch cards.and won a grand total of nothing....so hopefully tis will encourage him never to play on them ever
