I am back from the beacons and i'm shattered.but tonight is my late night out so will have to soilder on......beautiful day today wish i had been out on the bike.hopefully get a bike in tomorrow or friday
did some running along a canal this morning between llangynider and talabont on usk..brought back some memories meldy......i avoided going up the little hill at llangynider though

Last day of work this week for me. We have a crazy busy weekend ahead though. Tomorrow we're taking daughter no.2 to London for a uni interview, then off to Essex to visit the family and have a wedding dress fitting. All very exciting
lots to do Dawn......mine is more orientated around sport
off to do a morning session in a room full of toddlers and then hopfully a bike this afternoon

dentist, then a run with a hobbit
evening all... decent running session for me, surprised myself with the pace
no, not really, it would have been nice to find one and do a bit of work

Evening allI have done 30 mins on the cross trainer which had me sweating disproportionately and 45 mins looking for my glutes & absI have had a delightful couple of hours in a pub with a winger and now I am under a blanket on the settee and watching the forecast for snow ....
Not this year chav ... Its a working weekend for me

assignment finished,off for a swim(!) in Wycombe
all change on the computer front at work so my default logged on fell off. Hope all are keeping well.
TMW, enjoy Handy Cross, I used to get bussed there for swimming lessons when I was a nipper.
