no appointment necessary!
how we all doing?
Its no flipping warmer down here wifeyChuffin freezing
I'm freezing too... brrr!I've had a tough tiring day but I tell you yoga manages to fix me every time! I feel so much better for it.
I've posted my withdrawal from Challenge Henley. It's the right thing to do. I think I underestimated lots of hidden money type things to do with a wedding and so Garr isn't allowed to enter IMW until we know exactly what's what. I will be a lot happier when my car flies through its MOT next month with nothing needed at all **positive thoughts**.So after Brighton Mara I have NO RACES planned for the rest of the year . The plan is to enjoy cycling a bit, running a lot and OW swimming just for fun.
My kitchen is a mess and I really should be getting on with it... which is why I'm in here probably
Sounds a wise decision Hope ...... Henley, not the kitchen
Oh yeah!! The kitchen
I'd better log off
and I am off to workI am hoping it is warmer there than here but I have a big fleece on, I'm not taking any chances
it is fairly cold....
just remembered i am entered for brighton and could potentially still do it if i ramped up the stamina, however i can do without the cost and hassle of travel and accomodation and don't think a slow 5 hour run is the best decision. my aim is not to do more than 10 miles for the next few months
in other news i may be working on my core(!)
I worked on mine too Chav, had I known you were doing it I wouldnt have bothered
Morning gang ... up an' at 'em
I ran this morning..........
................. I amazed myself by not falling over once
I thought you were ok running, Plum, it's when you get on a bike you hurt yourself?
It's still cold!
I hope you're feeling a bit better today, Wifey. Onwards and upwards, as they say. (I have no idea exactly who say it but hey ho.)
How is the kitchen looking today, Hope?
Swimming, TMW? It's not good for you, you know.
I am a fat lazy knacker.................... running is novelty at the moment
I am back from the beacons and i'm shattered.but tonight is my late night out so will have to soilder on......beautiful day today wish i had been out on the bike.hopefully get a bike in tomorrow or friday
