i appear to have found a suitable lodger so things are now moving forward...
take care seren
Good news chav!Seren. watch that niggle .. you have history with that like I do, i'd give the running (and the squash) a good old rest for a while if I were youIts dark and I appear to be at work

TMW..........good news re the lodger....

i would watch anything like squash / football which might aggravate an old injury
Evening gangNights last night and back in at 5 tonight so I am a little weary to say the least !!4 days off to follow tho with a few biking days lined up and a visit to the Tri show
Swim and run tomorrow
10k for me
a mate has a spare reading hm place, £30!!!
Sorry not posted for a while, work is just so busy. How very dare it.
Sorry to hear about potential niggles emerging too but yay to lodgers.
The radio have just played a Les Mis track. It sounded like thingy, the woman from the latest version, Anne Hathway? I just dont' get Les Mis, don't get it at all. I've seen it on stage and it didn't do it for me at all. I can appreciated it for it's contribution to the arts, production blah blah but not for me thank you.
M.ouse.the only musical i didn't enjoy.....the rest of the group were all thinking it was brilliant and me and my mother just were bored
did a gentle 2 hours on the bike today and the achillies seems a bit happier.......just a small swim tomorrow afternoon and then rest friday.....and we will discover saturday if its ok when i race the last cross country
I loathed Les Mis, give me Mary Poppins any day
I seem to be having a lot of rest days this week. Given that the rest of my marathon training so far hasn't gone too badly, I shall not be beating myself up...back on it tomorrow with a lap of Richmond Park. Currently have a lot of sadness going on with friends and family and my head needs me to run but my body is totally refusing, not least because of my arm and how sore it is when I run whilst my wrist and hand is bound in it's brace. Why did I fall over? Why? *waaaaaaaah*Hope all well and happy.
Evening team I love Mary Poppins and I also love Oliver I have run for 8 miles, it wasnt that good sadly and I perhaps should have just stuck to 10k, no harm done, will drop back to 10k and build up again Medium bike tomorrow, meeting friend Sue about an hour from home so she can escort me in, this is a recipe for disaster I think!!Duty Carer on Saturday and a 5hr ride planned!!
oh dear meldy, keep at the 10ks, funny how a short step up can seem such a bit harder - enjoy the bike tomorrow
i've had a few quite busy days at work so hopeful for a quiet day tomorrow but i don't think it will happen
meldy..sensible is best..wish i could be that this weekend............
off to a room full of toddlers again....
40 miles on the bike done and about 3 on the 'oss Had 4 layers on but could feel the promise of spring in the air
Good girl Melds I bet Murph is loving the warmer weather too.I did a lap and a bit of Richmond Park and for the first time since this marathon training started, I ran all the way up Dark Hill - yay! It was definitely toasty out there today, I was too hot in my long legs and sleeves, with only one layer. Mind, a right miserable lot out in the park today, only one man smiled back, the rest stared at the ground and I saw one super-speedy lady a few times, she was flying! So envious I forgot my iPod, so entertained myself by counting down the 24 x 1/3 of a mile in my 8 mile run. Oh and I saw the Shard too, through Henry's old "peephole" where he used to take Anne Boleyn. So quite a nice run all in all
Hope all well and happy.
Warmer?? He is hanging on to his winter coat with dear life!! Twas very bitter first thing this morning but was getting better through the day but I still dressed him in his cosy coat That sounds a very packed and interesting run Mrs F! We saw the usual Red Kite Display Team and lots and lots of Kestrels
nice scenery all
i had a protest from the English Defence League on my run which is far less scenic. i couldn't work out if the sewage smell i could also smell was connected
