rest day today and the sun is shining and i see blue skies............so i guess it will strt raining tomorrow for my 100 miler on the bike

good week of training but a little stiff this morning....might pop out for a sauna......

Seren I hope the weather brightens up for the bigg 'un tomorrow. No trace of blue sky here.

I have a 10k today. It doesnt start until 11 am. What a civilised time for the race 

I'm trying to be blase about it, I mean it's unlikely to be a pb with all the mara training... but you never know! Gingers crossed.

have you eased off the last couple of days in the training Hope.if so then there is a good chance of a PB.but like all races .. the weather the terrain.. the other runners all can affect the race....have  agood one 

thought that i might join you for the 10k then looked and it would cost me £30 to enter on the day for a 10k...in the same parks that the park run is free............i will stick with my rest day

Shame you're not doing it. It would have been nice to meet up after. I think we are long overdue a girls weekend ladies. 

maybe we should just fit in a night out to keep us going till the next weekend

was just a rehearsal session hope, the real thing is in early March

off to work to do my regrading in the attempt to get a slightly higher salary!

Was that the St David's Day 10k, Hope? I have done it a couple of times

Well done on the 10k Hope, at that price I would expect a pb to be included in the price

evening all, 6 hours of work doing my regrading

got home to the news my lodger wants to move out, c'est la vie... tapping new lodgers now.

I think mine is due to go about May time chav so will prob look to replace him with a similar arrangement, this one has worked very well so it will be a shame to see him go

Its just gone 4am and I have nearly finished all my write ups that I needed to .. just as well really as I cant see straight 

Few days off and back to it on Thursday I think, hoping for some good weather training next week

right .. long bike ride to do.......I'm fiull of aches and pains.....i think its my age 

what a lovely day, hope we all had fun training.

i spent the day tidying the house in anticipation of a viewing for my spare room, the guy came and seems nice. we will see... a few more options...

didn't get out for a run until just now, but managed a pleasant 7 miles this evening

loved the long bike yesterday as with the club and it was a beautiful day........wisdh i could get out again today but eldest hasnb#t shown any signs of getting up and youngest has a day off school...............waiting around in pj's as i don't know when he will get up so won't know if i wiull be swimming , running or cycling
