I have cleaned my bike.......there are more silver parts than i realised
I did 3 of them the other day ....
great runniung cas
great back up run cas......glad its all going well
i loved the TT race this morning despite the second half being horribly hard as uphill into a very strong wind...i believe i came in the top half of the ladies....
everyone was complaining of their slow times because of the wind..so that made me even more pleased with my 32:38
Nice one, Seren!
Just discovered my next race is a week later than I thought it was so I have an extra week to get some training in
Well done Seren! It was quite quite vile out there todayI have eaten a bucket load of stir fry and am just sampling a ginger beer Nice running Cas! I hope to be back up to some proper running in the not too distant future!
fantastic running there Cas, last big push ahead of the race?
about 9 and a half miles for me today, and a shorter 5 mile run yesterday afternoon. Same mileage this week for me as you managed this weekend!
So no tapering? ... some big miles there, sounds good, excellent choice of terrain for the out and back considering Compton.
i am not ultra-ing this year, but I'm hoping a diet of 25-30 miles a week will get me quick enough and fit enough to be in a position to have a go in 2014 if the mood takes me

I hope so, then I can take you out with me on my Ridgeway recces!
Oh .. do you need me to show you the way?
I remember Hollywood doing the Compton 40 one year and going on and on and on about the mars bars and coffee...he seemed to think that would make me want to do it. Hmmm. You've been getting some great training in there.
Mars & coffee??
i am not ultra ing this year......but so mnay races are tempting me...this year is about triathlon for me
I wonder if that was the year I ran it with him (2009?), Mrs F, we had a great day out and it made it a 90 mile week for me, shame that GUCR 6 weeks later totally died on it's arse!
I do fancy another Ultra of some description but I think I need to sort out my running injurys first
