no appointment necessary!
And you were sick too?????
I do agree ..Seren, think of the bigger plans, its not worth the risk IMO
. a few local people have said there is a short lasting bug going around......so I'm hoping I will wake up feeling good..
But you haven't eaten anything today, Seren, you've got no calories inside you. Plus you've been sick which is really quite strenuous on the body. You'll do 5 miles and then wonder why you're exhausted and then you'll get the hump.
Do think about not doing it in the morning.
Aunty Mouse says it's not the best idea, so does Great Great Granny Meldy.
Fur Cough rodent
I feel like I've frightened Seren off now.
Come back Seren, I love you really I don't mean to be intolerable old hag.
(I can't help it.)
I am on earlies tomorrow so I wont be long out of bed either!Swim and a run tomorrow then Mousey? Oh, and talking of which, as I didnt manage to find any Tri shorts at the Tri show (go figure) I am booking an appt with a physio instead.
Yep, swim and run tomorrow. I'm nothing if not predictable....
(and a bath afterwards no doubt!)
I am not looking forwards to 10 hrs at work thats for sure
Certainly cold enough to be
Not sure what it was round here, toe tinglingly cold
I tuck my running gloves down my shorts when it warms up Dave.....
I have eating small portion of fish and chips........( probably a large portion for a normal person ).and it has stayed in......just some stomach cramps.......
I'm ready for bed now though
2 base layers,bike jacket & a gillet here!Not much less in bed
This will not help the cause but I once spent nearly a whole week vomming at Club La Sexy, somehow doing races inbetween the vomming...my favourite was arising from my sick bed to do the aquathlon and then vomming as I crossed the finish. I bet you never knew I too am a multi-sport afflete did youFeel better Seren, be sensible and look after yourself xx
