meldy, i can't really answer that question. i am base training so not doing anything other than plodding. average pace went from 10:40 in January to 10:32 in February however.
still a long way to go - for those with long memories, i am still weighing more than i did when the infamous 'carl in a fatsuit' comment was made!
It may be a long way to go Chav but you are certainly heading in the right direction at the right speed
thats great going TMW,,,,,
i think i might be losing some of the half a stone I put on in the last 3 months.........still having stomach cramps and little eaten or drunk here..tomorrow has already been allocated as a rest day
Can you manage to drink in small sips Seren? Some electrolytes would be good?
One of the blokes at tri club swears by Nuun when he's got a dodgy tum. He uses it for races and when he's poorly
You poor lamb. I hope you can get at least some small sips of water down.
Oh good ...warmer midweek when I am on lates and then rain by the end of the week when I am off!!Soggy bike ride on Sunday anyone?
i have managed 500 ml throughout today...........so not anwhere near what i normally drink and the cramps don't help..........will just have to wait until it leaves my body
maybe try a salt tab or an electroltye tablet
electrolytes will help if you can keep it downNos da x
It would appear to be morning againHope you are feeling better Seren
managed a salt tablets so this is the way forwrad for today i think............i hate this stage...should i try food to help me recover or will i just be reffeeding a dying bug
Only if I can too .....the cunning plan didnt work quite as well as it should have although I feel better than I did yesterday I still work several times during the night and didnt drop off that easy?Anyway, today I have a 'telephone interview' with Sportspursuit for some customer focus survey whatsit which will credit me with £25 on my account
seems you have all been playing nicely while I was away. Hope you've got the lurgy on the way out now Seren.
Lovely to catch up with the Funkins yesterday, I'm a bit snuffly today, which is probably a reflection on the fact it was a bit brass monkeys yesterday (although a good deal warmer than the French Alps).
