Only if I can too .....the cunning plan didnt work quite as well as it should have although I feel better than I did yesterday I still work several times during the night and didnt drop off that easy?Anyway, today I have a 'telephone interview' with Sportspursuit for some customer focus survey whatsit which will credit me with £25 on my account
seems you have all been playing nicely while I was away. Hope you've got the lurgy on the way out now Seren.
Lovely to catch up with the Funkins yesterday, I'm a bit snuffly today, which is probably a reflection on the fact it was a bit brass monkeys yesterday (although a good deal warmer than the French Alps).
Mrs F, there's a lovely photo of Mr F here
Hope you're feeling better now Fefe

...... you forgot Barlos, you can have him back, I have done my days respite for you !!!
Oh we had such a luffly time at your race yesterday HC There are some truly mental looking pics of me and Kirsty, so loopy I might even have to buy one! It's the first time we've ever run in a race together, so 4 miles of chinwagging was perfect. Then I banished her! I seem to be in the minority FeFe by not thinking it was actually that cold, I wore short sleeves under my club vest, got chilly when I finished though. It was grand to see you too and you were right, the bacon butties were just the thing. Yum. We "aaarrrggghhhhhed" at the unknown Pirate and got a blank face and no response in return. I must say, I think if you wear the kit, you should at the very least respond a little (mind, I felt the same at Outlaw last year, though I'd probably be shot for actually saying such a thing!)...Hope all well and happy - awesome news on the planning permission Schmunkee Let the buildings begin, hoorah!
Ahhaaahhh Mrs F .. praps they didnt cotton on as you weren't in 'the colours'?? I spose they may wonder what that strange woman is doing make that gurgling noise
'twas Funkin that, "aarrrgghhh"ed...I shouted, "Go Pirate"....oh well. Never mind Bigger things to worry about.I just had treacle sponge and cows turd. Bliddy scrummy it was too.
