i have managed 500 ml throughout today...........so not anwhere near what i normally drink and the cramps don't help..........will just have to wait until it leaves my body

maybe try a salt tab or an electroltye tablet

electrolytes will help if you can keep it down

managed a salt tablets so this is the way forwrad for today i think............i hate this stage...should i try food to help me recover or will i just be reffeeding a dying bug

Only if I can too .....the cunning plan didnt work quite as well as it should have although I feel better than I did yesterday I still work several times during the night and didnt drop off that easy?

Anyway, today I have a 'telephone interview' with Sportspursuit for some customer focus survey whatsit which will credit me with £25 on my account

Lovely to catch up with the Funkins yesterday, I'm a bit snuffly today, which is probably a reflection on the fact it was a bit brass monkeys yesterday (although a good deal warmer than the French Alps).

Oh we had such a luffly time at your race yesterday HC There are some truly mental looking pics of me and Kirsty, so loopy I might even have to buy one! It's the first time we've ever run in a race together, so 4 miles of chinwagging was perfect. Then I banished her! I seem to be in the minority FeFe by not thinking it was actually that cold, I wore short sleeves under my club vest, got chilly when I finished though. It was grand to see you too and you were right, the bacon butties were just the thing. Yum. We "aaarrrggghhhhhed" at the unknown Pirate and got a blank face and no response in return. I must say, I think if you wear the kit, you should at the very least respond a little (mind, I felt the same at Outlaw last year, though I'd probably be shot for actually saying such a thing!)...
