Great work FB, ill hope to be there around 3-4pm, guessing it will be a 6 hour trudge for me, followed by shower back at the hotel.

By the way, youre welcome to use our room which is somewhere on the seafront next to the finish if you need to freshen up.  My support crew should have a key.

Mornings!

I has runned 40 miles...furthest I've run for almost five years not speedy but I'm happy with my pacing and only having one tiny blister and achy legs to show for it.

I'm having a bit of a wing weekend...saw Hairy and Ditchy at Compton yesterday and then we popped in to see Chav's new gaff on the way home!

yestaerday 125 miles with hills and today 52 easier miles..............backed it up

You will certainly give that Welsh course something to think about Seren, epic cycling!

I see lots of swimming goddesses, cycling goddesses, and running goddesses in here

I am none of these. Instead I am a knitting goddess (with a bit of Military Fit class thrown in). Bejeezus, my triceps are killing me today

BMF classes seem to be all the rage these days Schmunks, a few friends of mine are really enjoying them

i've had a lovely day out at the Christening, but a shame it took all day, 4 hours in a car could have given me time to finish my assignment and get out for a run

lovely to meet up with friends however

Afternoon all,

some top training (and christening) going on by all accounts.

There's three BMF groups who use the local park in the summer, I don't know where they go in the winter.

I'd rather go swimming!

Afternoon all,

I'm waiting on a phone call from the LBS to tell me that my new brake blocks have arrived, felt it prudent to replace them before hurtling down steep hills.  The front ones are almost good as new, but the rears have taken a bit of a hammering.

I'm supposed to be running tonight (in said local park) so I can see if the BMF outdoor season has started yet.

09/04/2013 at 13:33

Are they special ones that they don't normally hold in stock then, FeFe?

I am eating salad.

I had a most excellent swim this morning.  I don't think it will rescue me from the fact that work has meant I've been on only 1/2 swims a week since Xmas but it's a move in the right direction.

The BMF season has started here, I saw them on the downs when I ran on Saturday.  I think they are here all year round though.
