no appointment necessary!
My aim was to complete the 10k race on Sat. Completed in well under and hr so all in all good but I was 2 mins slower than the last race I completed back in March (snow on the ground and -20 degrees!). I don't run so well in the heat as well as missing out on 2 weeks training...
Where was your race JC? I'm curious on account of being a closet Canadian
today I have mostly been battling the jungle that is my garden
Well battled Wifey .. I have been a swim goddess and now I am at w*rk and I am yawning lotsTomorrow may be a lazy day
i have had a lovely lazy day and sat drinking cider with my hubby in the garden and then a chinese takeaway.........
Hi debbo - it was Race 3 of the MEC Race Series (7 in total), this time in Shouldice Park, Calgary. I missed Race 2 because of the lurgy. MEC are holding races each month at each Park in Calgary which is a great idea and entry is only $15! Well organised too....
JC - not my neck of the woods then - I'm from Ontario and will hopefully be living there again soon.
I have a medium bike planned for the morrow at this rate I think I may stay in bed all day ...I am cream crackered - although saying that, the weather is supposed to be even better tomorrow
I have work tomorrow.......and someone is looking to swim in the Taff..........for the first time this year its going to be sunny and someone want to go OW swimming and I'm going to be stuck in an office

Hi Mr Z.....are you at Outlaw this year
in some form...probably just in the support crew
I think there are a fair few supporters this year
I'm rather enjoying the thought of the Pirate experience without the race thing! I've managed to get the Monday off work. I'm looking forward to a fun weekend
I agree, I'm really looking forward to going away camping for a weekend with my mates and yelling at some other mates. I really hope we get dry weather.
In other news, I've bought a kibini.
Ahhh ... Tent!
Hope, do you have one or shall we just bunk in with Seren
I would offer to help with tents but my big one got stolen at an event, so I only have my tiddly diddly single person jobbie now.
Melds I'm happy to share... I've got a fairly big one.
