I'm starving, I have no food, its raining and I am in my dressing gown ... Do you think the bakers deliver?

24/05/2013 at 12:25

Sounds like me on Tuesday.  Would you have a pizza delivery service in your village?

I appear to be flopped on the sofa with a cat.

My burns flipping itch like crazy, it's doing my head in.  As they are inside of elbows I also have the added bonus of looking like I have a skin disorder.

Oh and I obviously did the whole thing in a circle as I have a tan line on one thigh but not on the other.

I must look so sexy.

Good morning!

After getting a little tipsy last night, I'm having extra tea before my run today.

Had a great day in London with Garr and my boy yesterday apart from being rained on constantly. But,  the sun has got his hat on today so hopefully I'll have a nice run.

We've got the sad and pretty daughnting job of sorting the rest of Garr's Dad's house out later. There's not a huge amount left to do, but it's the personal things like photos and stuff.

morning all

haircut done, lunch prepped for parents... time to crack on!

Morning lovelies.

Hope - lots of memories today. I expect it will be a happy/sad day for Garr. Old photos are lovely but sad in the circumstances.

Morning TMW. Nice hair, swit swoo!

I've done some work. I'm going for a walk into town now.

25/05/2013 at 16:42

I wish I'd had the chance to sort through my Dad's stuff. His biological son came and took everything (& sold it all without asking me if there was anything I would like), despite never having seen him since he was tiny...all I have are two Doors albums that I had borrowed from him. It's nearly 22 years ago and it still makes me sad. I hope that Garr gets through the day OK, Hope. Sending love to you all.

I haz been buying luxury items for the new house that I haven't even got yet  :/  Bad bad bad...but I couldn't resist when champagne flutes & a carafe that match my posh "wedding" glasses were 60% off...everyone round to mine for bubbly & red wine when we've moved then

25/05/2013 at 19:54
My dad didn't throw any stuff away of my Mum's so when he moved in with the person who was later to become my stepmum, she took possession of it all and either threw it away or gave it to her kids

Evening team

I would quite like to go home now please I have had enough of w*rk for one day and I keep thinking 'this time last week' ...

bereavement is bad enough without having to do the sortings out afterwards

26/05/2013 at 14:19

After the frivolous nature of yesterday's "luxury items" purchasing, today I did finally find a pair of shoes for a wedding in 3 weeks time...they were half price and then had another 20% off, so the princely sum of £11.20. Hehe, bargain
