no appointment necessary!
A little bit of swimming and running. Purely for pleasure; no events lined up.
Thats not a bad idea. no pressure and do things for the fun
Yup, even mounted my velocipede last weekend. Enjoyed it because I chose to do it rather than I had to do it
What day do you fly out?
Hiya kids...I'm knackered. Have Garr's sister and family visiting and I am quite undertrained for running around after little ones. I can officially say that my house is no longer toddler proof. I have spent most of the day performing ninja warrior type maneuvers to rescue children or household items.
Good fun though. Lot's of laughs and I do love them to bits.
TMW nice weight loss Matey!
Good luck Seren. Which tri is it?
Schmunks doing things for pleasure is my rest-of-the-year approach to training.
Had a gorgeous yoga class today. less running and cycling mean flexibility is coming back. A good thing!
How's taper going girls?? Have you replaced training with shopping? That's my usual approach
Well I would have done had Murph not spent the next two months spending money in less than 15 mins My house is most certainly not toddler proof and it is staying that way !
never leave your horse with your credit card ...
Lol! He's not cheap to run is he?
oh dear......has he had more shoes than you over the last 20 years
Hope.I'm doing blaenavon........I think it might be quite lonely apart from all the p[eople going past me on the bike and run.........and there will not be people for me to pick off as understandably i'm in the first wave......another reason why i hate pool swims.....
not that there would be many people to pick off as its a tough one so no begineer type people i imagine...
Yes he probably has Seren - I have almost given up trying to match him Enjoy Blaenavon, I hope the weather stays kind even if the hills arent
Have a good one Seren. I'm sure you will surprise yourself!
I survived the swim.....but drank way too much pool water.....I was in the slowest lane of the slowest heat .so number 2 out of over 100 competitors but with some work sharing with another lady managed to do the swim in about 18:23
only person who got lost on the bike.not the porganisers fault.......I think i was still in a tizz after the swim so added an extra 4 miles to the 30 mile course........
What are you like Seren
Tescos blue stripe
Tesco? Lidl more like!!
Well done on the weight loss, Chav! Careful you don't go down the plug hole while showering...I reckon that's why Mousey sticks to baths these days.
never thought i'd be using my woolly hat to keep warm in the middle of May!
I know the weather isn't that warm but it's probably the effect of all the weight you've lost! I definitely feel the cold more after losing some flab.
possibly, or alternatively it's just cold!
It's freezing. I'm back in 2 vests
