no appointment necessary!
I'll see what I can rustle up (SWIDT?)...
One of the men in my life is flat on his back in the chair snoring ... I suspect real life is not much different
How is Funkin's luffley friend, MrsF?
Whoever you find will need lots of stamina, I'm an endurance afflerlete donchaknow!
I am an endurance sleeper
Heh, I only saw him briefly last Saturday Mousie, deffo not enough time to be bundling him up in bubble wrap and brown paper He says he's not a very good boyfriend though, so you might need to not actually date him. Ahem.
Ahem. Right. Got it.
Meldy that bit comes after! Tsk.
Ohhhh ... I see
it's a bit too Sex in the City tonight...
in 2 days time... I'll be about to go to bed before flying to Miami the next day
ps Mouse - here are my rules about speed sessions, be advised they are copyright of the Chav
I'm liking your speed advice there Chav. I have done nothing training wise all weekend. Well, I spent 4 hours kayaking and walked most of yesterday, but no proper training. Feels a bit weird that does!
I'll do a little something tonight!
I was supposed to go running yesterday but got sidetracked by the cricket and then needed to roast some pork- will try to do better this week.
Sounds like a very nice Sunday Fefe
I swam today and got a little puffed
I hate Sex and the City, particularly Samantha, so I hope I wasn't being compared to her.
I have made not of your speed sessions, Chavlet.
FeFe - do you have much racing in the pipeline? (If you don't mind me asking.)
I swam today too, apart from your today was yesterday, of course. I got the hump and got out a bit early.
I didn't swim, but I ran in the rain which must count.
I liked SaTC but not Samantha. She was well scary!
I don't think I've ever seen SaTC (either large or small screen), but I guess I'm not the target demographic.
Mouse- I'm surprised we didn't have this conversation in Lanza, lots planned in my head but not much on paper yet. There's a couple of mini aquathlons at my local lido (500m/5k) and I think I'm probably having a punt at a Boston GFA at Margate in September. Vachery middle distance tri is local to me (July) and I might have a punt at the Xterra tri (1500m/30k MTB/10k) in September, although I think there's another middle distance not too far from me in September.
i don't watch SaTC so have no idea of the characters, hope i've not offended you mouse
just a few hours till i'm leaving work and then going on holiday
going anywhere nice TMW,don't come to wlaes.its miserable here today.....
I have a box set of SaTC if anyone wants a borrow.
seren it's nice in North Wales so says my Nanna
I fly into Miami, down to the Florida keys then on to Jacksonville on the NE coast... as of tomorrow I am 43rd in line to the throne (or so the Yanks will be told!)
