no appointment necessary!
I have 2 downstairs rooms and a cupboard under the stairs.
I have a bathroom (small) and a kitchen (large)
I have plasterboard on my walls and ceilings.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel
I am bouncingly happy
Boy do I have that sinking feeling....
I have returned... Florida was fun, Key West absolutely amazing... a bit novel running this evening and it not being 90 degrees and pancake flat
Chin up chicken ... Things will improve for all
chav, been looking at the photos, looks a fab holiday and you look very well on it!
glad you had a good holiday TMW.
Hurray for Schmunks new layout.
Seren, how did the cycle/tri combo work out in the end? Or was it a run?
JC- sounds frightening (the water damage that is).
I suprised myself by actually making it to the pool last night. It was (whisper it softly) actually quite nice.
On a better note we put an offer in on a house yesterday which was accepted - HOWEVER we still have a few hoops to jump through first.
Meldy - thanks, yes I've done ok but still more weight to lose... the blondes in a few of the photos have been gathering a few comments from some of my very jealous colleagues
TMW.yes the blonds were looking very hot.....looked like they were a additional plus point to the holiday
just had a looksie back, good stuff JC, hope things dry out for you
just done 7 and a bit miles in the rain, actually quite cold out. included a middle bit at a hopeful half marathon pace for the autumn... i'd like to think sub 1:40 is on but Henley is nearly 4 months away so who knows
Chav I shall be moiuntain biking over Goring way tomorrow ... I'll give you a wave 2.5k swam today ...and a lot of rushing around afterwards
Welcome home Chav. Nice running. 1.40 is pretty tasty. Bang goes my running with you, I don't stand a chance at that pace.
oh yes ..running, thats what I was going to squeeze in today!
evening from my phone
mouse I can always run at your pace
Morning from my phone.
Raced my first 10k in a while yesterday. That was quite uncomfortable! Then went to see Robbie Williams at Wembley. Lovely day for it, fortunately. Today I think I'm having lunch with a witch.
sounds a perfect day Mouse.....
I am getting ready for a ride on my bike..I need to know its all working nicely after its pre race service
Good morning all.
It's been a great wkend so far. had a lovely run in the sunshine yesterday. I'm trying to do more off road stuff for my lsr's. It amazes me what is actually on my doorstep. Getting lost is a great way to find new places. I ran through the Orchid Woods near wenvoe and popped up near a pub I would never have known existed!!! We're going there for lunch today. Seems rude not to.
In wedding news we have booked the florist and paid her deposit and also booked the wedding cake and paid that deposit too. I am especially pleased with the cake because the design is my idea! Anyway, we shall be living off bread and water next month. June has been expensive!
Awww, to be doing Hope's styling of shopping *sigh*
I am currently caught up in the testosterone-laden world of Wickes, Tile Giant and Topps Tiles.
I have bought floor tiles for the bathroom floor and laminate flooring for the Gadget Room. Unable to buy the walls tiles for the bathroom as they didn't have enough boxes of the white so I am ordering those from the discomfort of my lumpy sofa to be delivered next week
In other news, I have plaster on all the partition walls and tomorrow they should be rendering the brick walls.
. duplicate post
Ohhhhh Ruuuubbbbbyyyyy ...
