Why does everybody pander to that twit from Black Eyed Peas by copying the daft pronunciation of his name?

You mean the Tw.a.t, Yeo?  Seems daft to me, just call him William.

I'm finding it interesting watching how the judges are all watching each other.  Must be tough knowing they've only got ten picks each

They can't beat Tom, Jessie J will get the female vote and Tom the pick of the others.

Yeah, do you save your picks because I bet they throw some of the best voices in right at the end.

In terms of experience it's hard for anyone to get close to Tom.  I guess he's less current than some acts but the ones so far don't seem very R&B (in the modern sense rather than Dr Feelgood) or hip hop.

Why has WIlliam borrowed his haircut from the guy off the IT Crowd?

Good bit of banter from the judges

Watched this today with my 8 year old. So refreshing to see normal people with real talent. No-one was shown just to take the mickey out of them. The last girl was amazing. Real vocal control.

I like the guy singing the Adele song. I thought he was fabulous

Watched the last 5 minutes and actually enjoyed watching the judges begging the young woman to let them be her mentor.

I only saw a bit of it but really liked it. I enjoyed the US version as well (purely for the talent rather than the judges).

I've been catching up on BGT and I really like David Walliams. The welsh choir were utterly amazing.

I'm also thinking how you would play it as a judge if you weren't popular with the contestants - would you then start turning around on weaker acts as you knew if you stuck to the best ones you knew someone else would and you'd end up short of acts?  I missed the first ten minutes, so maybe this was explained
