BHB, LSR was just ridiculous last week, but it was all PPPs fault, you needed to be there to help me reel him in.8am works as it doesn't effect the rest of the day for me with the young ones, mainly OH.
Jonah8 and i are doing a track session tonight at 6.30 if anyone is interested in joining us/watching Jonah8 pop his clogs! He has promised me his trainers so don't be angry with me when i remove them from his corpse.
Some of us had a pleasant run in the sunshine this morning
GBM - would like to join you Sat but cooking stuff for the inlaws all day!!
J8 - Hope you are OK and can get it all cleared up soon.
GBM - I will join you on Sat but I'm going to scratch from the Grouse. I don't want to 'race' on consecutive days on the back of my meagre mileage over the last 4 weeks.
I picked the wrong day to run home from work without a rain jacket or cap !
CC - North Face padded gilets on special offer.
JS - M and me would like to come to the Trotters do, it thats okay, please. Cheers.
SW - I assume you're signed up with Sport Pursuit? if not I can send you a link to register via that bags me a fiver!
Yes I do like shopping (and bargains) and would make a great personal shopper. Already signed up to Sport Pursuit Daz!
SW-There's a surprise
I've been asked by a friend to let people know that there's an open day for all things to do with sports nutrition and "wellness" happening tomorrow (Saturday).
Jane Cloughley is in charge of it and if anyone is interested in going then she can be contacted via her website www.jane.hblf.net
The event is from 10 till 11.30am at Hallam Business Centre, Hallam Street, Heavily - just opposite the Bamford Arms.
Personally, i'm looking forward to getting back to the hills after spending a week in Holland where the only form of hill training has been a 520 step climb up the side of an old slag heap!! - Bring back Bowstones!
SW - Great, glad you can make it. I'll let JK know and will let you know further details a little nearer the time.
FOAR--No problem. I'm probably going to give The Grouse a miss too as i need to be in work.
GBM - As I feeling rebellious, I am also going to modify tomorrow's plan by running to Rose Hill for 8am then finishing after the Park run as I'll be near home and CBA running afterwards. Will still be my longest run of the month by some distance.
SARQ, BHB - where amd when u running from tomorrow.
I'm after doing no more than 15 miles - slowly. Could do with running on soft ground as I have some sort of bruised heel. About 8:30 best for me.
