I'll be starting from Poynton Lake fishermans car park at 7.30am. Next stop 8.00am Nelson Pit car park (by Boars Head - yes that's the big pub on the cross roads) for start of Lyme Park tour proper.
There's another slower WRC group meeting there at 9.00am - we might join them for a 2nd lap. So lots of options.

PPP- (or any other ideas), if you're ever going to improve, you need to run with the likes of RB and/or somewhere like Lyme Park and get some hills in, not poncing about on flat surfaces, you know i'm right.

I agree with BT (but without the tongue in cheek element). I had already checked the V50s and thought there was only one who would beat me. The others who were in front / about my target had both dropped out. I guess the training is in the bank though.
Can we split the difference and go for 9:30 at Tiviot car park. Already had a few beers...
