BB- Getting to track about half 6, track empty so you can get most of the session done before it fills up.
JS, new bike is great, although I haven't been on it much lately due to crap weather, so been hitting the turbo trainer. Tend to do 1-2 hours and watch a film at the same time.
On the road, I usually do a Sunday morning at 8am for around 3hrs or so. And commute in the week. I'll look to hook up sometime. Where do you meet up and ride to?
cake....................non runners welcome?
SARQ - On Sundays we tend to meet at DB's between Hazel Grove and Marple some time between 8-9am. The route is decided on the day but generally if it's nice we do hills, in the past have been up Holm Moss, Snake Pass or over to the Peak District, etc, or if the weather's crap we stay lower level and head out Knutsford, Holmes Chapel way. Usually do around 50-60m and are back by 12:30-1pm ish. We also try and squeeze a coffee n cake stop in when possible .
dear all, if any of you are coming this way and have the time Sue has a detached retina and is having to spend her days lying on her side for a couple of weeks. Please call and say hello, She will be glad of any company even TBs I guess.
