PPP, I'll go for £20 as well.

VL, BHB - thanks!

also thanks for the core tips. I have been doing loads of core and x training for the last 2 weeks. I got a free 5 day pass for LA fitness in Sale and have even done some weights! but mainly "spinning" and different bikes, running slowly on a big incline, step machines and that sort of stuff. not been on a "proper' spinning bike before, they are quite good.

I am hoping I may be OK to ease back into the running now, but will keep try and keep up the core work. I have been trying to find the cheapest gym to get a temporary membership.

Can anyone beat ??12 a month! (except a free one attached to work).

Belle View leisure centre, well it is in Gorton.

pay as you go 12 quid.

PPP save your 12 quid (for your haircut) and get out on the hills.  Just do a few planks at home when nobody's watching.

Checkout the aftermath of Saturday.

I stopped off for tea at my Uncles on the way home who is a Vicar in Ferryhill. The local parishioners got a bit of a shock on their way to evensong when they saw me stripped down to my undies in the vicarage garden trying to scrape the mud off with a scrubbing brush and bucket of hot water.

JMC - hope they went to confession after seeing you.

ppp - I will go £20 for above the collar, 30 for a clipper cut, 40 for a nixon cut

TB - having second thoughts about arthroscopy, if I get running again that would increase the chance of having to enjoy your company. another big life choice. Mgmt is out and running again and gaining confidence that the ground is where her eyes are telling her it is.

25/02/2013 at 15:29
JMC - that sort of conduct seems par for the course for most religious types.
25/02/2013 at 17:47

TST-good news for Mgmt, plus she gets to get away from you. So, does that mean, you won't be running again (big sigh of relief could be heard by GVS)

RB-i've told both PPP and JMC, if they want to improve, is to get out and run with you.Talking to Malcom F at AM, i know he's a good runner, but a mara. in 2.25'ish, there's something for you to aim for.

25/02/2013 at 17:55

GBM-apologies, just seen your earlier message, good to see you back on the mara. training yet again.

TST - would come along to see Nik but having an mmr jab tomorrow! Then we have to clean the house for a viewing for people who don't realise others work and want viewings at the weekend not on a Thursday morning! Rant over!
