J8-thanks, somehow, i'll be sending them to their rightful owner, although got to be careful we don't compromise SH's standing in the running community-think we'll go down the "honest mistake" road. It's a remote possibility i might join you tomorrow, if not thank Matt, also what are the arrangements, time, pace etc. for tomorrow. My Piriformis problem, doesn't appear to be so, Saw Alex O'G on Wednesday, he believe it's my back giving me problems again, tightening up various muscles, but similar symptoms to piriformis, stuck a few needles in me.

Forget that early sunday run, text off the rugby coach and the eldest is away in Wigan, the youngest is at home in stockport, I know which one I will have to deal with.

So saturday early before the football starts...

Kids are so selfish, when am I supposed to fit it all in?

PPP I'll be running 8.00am from the Boars Head if that's any good.

and ... if you run Wilmslow HM with a JMC haircut I'll give you £20 to your cause.

SARQ if you get a WHM number you just need to email the address on the website with change of details. But I suppose not necessary if you're not turning up.
