Anyone want to run early ish sunday?
looking to do 22 ish, but can make it up before if you want to do less?

J8-thanks, somehow, i'll be sending them to their rightful owner, although got to be careful we don't compromise SH's standing in the running community-think we'll go down the "honest mistake" road. It's a remote possibility i might join you tomorrow, if not thank Matt, also what are the arrangements, time, pace etc. for tomorrow. My Piriformis problem, doesn't appear to be so, Saw Alex O'G on Wednesday, he believe it's my back giving me problems again, tightening up various muscles, but similar symptoms to piriformis, stuck a few needles in me.

Forget that early sunday run, text off the rugby coach and the eldest is away in Wigan, the youngest is at home in stockport, I know which one I will have to deal with.

So saturday early before the football starts...

Kids are so selfish, when am I supposed to fit it all in?

TB- 8 o'clock at Rose Hill station easy pack run pace.

15/03/2013 at 12:44

TB--If you are worried about the pace tomorrow then i will run with you as i may struggle to keep up too.

Other Rose Hill runners--Just a reminder that if i'm late tomorrow to set off without me and i will meet you en route.

TB - nice to see your name in print in AW this week. Well done!!

15/03/2013 at 13:18

TB - I'll probably be on a similar pace tomorrow too. Last 20 miler thank goodness. Just feel tired and ill at the moment.

15/03/2013 at 14:06

PPP I'll be running 8.00am from the Boars Head if that's any good.

and ... if you run Wilmslow HM with a JMC haircut I'll give you £20 to your cause.

SARQ if you get a WHM number you just need to email the address on the website with change of details.  But I suppose not necessary if you're not turning up.

15/03/2013 at 15:18
RB - If you read my post you might notice that I said the haircut was happening on the 27th, Please do try to pay attention!

probably need to set off earlier than 8.

GBM-Runners world type face is playing up again, it's typing out in about 6pt. Hope to make it tomorrow, is it MWW or a magical mystery tour i.e trail shoes.

SW-if it's Grindleford, then i can't take credit i'm afraid, i did run a hilly 24 miler last sat. and did 21 miles in about 3.25-3.30, so in a race hoped to be a quicker, so wouldn't have been far off, but i also promised to walk round with GBM and Isaac, and given their times, i think they stopped off for lunch somewhere. Hope to be at the track on Monday, how's Tom doing?

15/03/2013 at 16:29

PPP, yes I'll run Saturday if you fancy it early start 8.00am or earlier. Let me know.

15/03/2013 at 17:50

TB--Its on the MW. i cant help you with the typeface.

15/03/2013 at 19:04
RB - I am planning on joining you on Sun as long as you promise not too go to quick
15/03/2013 at 20:08

JMC - ok, 8.00am Nelson Pit CP by Boars Head.  Hopefully Jim will come too.  Will be easy run - might even finish on MWW.

PPP - I'll be setting off about 7.30 from Poynton Lake CP off Anglessy Drive if you want to do part run.

15/03/2013 at 20:30
Rb - cheers. Would like to but with the drive i wont get back in time.

Sarq - texted you. 7;30 @ the liz saturday morning?
16/03/2013 at 08:32
An RB easy run.
That sounds ominous!
16/03/2013 at 12:49

Jonah8 - Thanks to you and the rest of the Saturday crew for an enjoyable run this morning. I got a little concerned as we went through Bollington and my HR hit 210, but when I focused on breathing correctly it dropped by 60 beats in less than a minute and the last 6 miles my HR averaged 110. Leg feels OK now and I feel much more positive about Boston.

16/03/2013 at 12:56
BB - That's great news, full steam ahead for Boston

Last 20 miler next week, then taper time, thank god.

Good to see so many people going strongly on MWW this morning especially RC who definitely looks in 2:44 shape!

SARQ - spotted you in Aldi last night. I was going to come and say hello but you were in the process of leaving when I saw you.
