I guess that by November they are really running out of ideas.

How many cows motivate themselves by looking in a full  length mirror every day?

I don't know - I'm still struggling to believe they actually used a picture of a cow!

Er, they didn't.

It was just a plain mirror with me playing 'silly buggers' with the image of a cow.

Couldn't help myself. Some of those 'tips' are 'total pony'. Wait until the 21st November (something about collecting rubbish while out running).

A wombling fartlek session ? I think thats a good idea. Litter annoys me so much I often have to pick some up as I go. Nike should do an integrated aero litter bag. I'd be all over that.

Drink more milk?

Ha ha.... I still wonder what message it's trying to impart.

I wondered if anyone would think that.

A reaction to the idea that anyone should be encouraged to spend all day gazing at their wonderful image.

Ric - can you post the next ones?

What are we looking for in the mirror?

Certainly.

Would you like them by the day or ahead of schedule?

"Gaaah!  Belly button fluff.  Maybe if I go for a run I can sweat it out or it'll dissolve."

"Oh my god, it's got smaller, if that's possible.  I feel a bit inadequate.  Still, the calves are worth working on. Hill reps I think."

"Why did I get a tattoo saying '!!KCUF YZAL UOY, NUR A ROF OG'??"

Er. That isn't a full-length mirror.

For those of enormous girth it is.

I have no idea what hes trying to demonstrate there? Cross, tie, thread through? Im lost!

Indeed, however that one is fairly standard rubbish. I've had a quick scroll through the next month and there's everything from crunchy food, colours and 'Hovering above your Body', whatever that means.

Today's tip: Buy shoes that fucking fit in the first place.

12/11/2013 at 08:15

I dunno Phil- the whole lacing thing is an art. I have the right shoes but if they're too tight - they restrict the blood flow and I get numb feet.

That means having an out of body experience after you've collapsed during a run.  We've all been there, I'm sure.  Probably because laces are too tight.

Here's the latest.

Quite sensible this one. Unfortunately there are some who could have used this advice on January 1st. Why wait until the middle of November?
