It's telling me I can only recieve tweets if I am on vodafone.

is that right? or am I getting this wrong.

I think so, if you're receiving tweets via text... unless your phone has a twitter app like tinytwitter.

IPhone has twitterific. I use tweetdeck from the PC and mobile web from 3.
