Brighton was fun, this year we are driving down and not staying overnight, its just not worth it.

Yes, its one of the races that went in my year planner in January, people must think I am mad planning all my races so early in the year!

And ive sorted out a box that i havent touched for 9 years

This is hard

On a good note, ive found £8 in small cahnge

I'm off out on the pi$$ tonight with an old friend I haven't seen for about 6 months, so much booze, gossip, food and more booze and possibly us doing kareoke into the wee small hours. Oh top night ahead.

When's GSR again, got to check... Benz, moving is bloody awful, I moved a year and a month ago and I wouldn't want to repeat the experience for another 10 years at least, so my thoughts are with you!

Hi Legless, Not sure, I have listed it on URWFRC site, think I probably put 30:29, would look but cant get on at the moment, and off in 30 mins to Broadland 15.

Fancy running a 15 miler and your calf starting to pull in the 1st mile, well thats me today!
