I've never heard of coconut lime cake Pea - both those ingredients are good for digestion tho'.

Thinking about it more, I'm not all that fussed about cakes in general.
They're usually not as nice as you hope they will be. Chocolate cake can be particularly disappointing if not made will quality ingredients.
Fruit cake, anything with marzipan or coconut, anything full of alcohol, Pontefract Cakes.
What's a Sheffield fishcake?
Any chocolate cake that doesn't actually have chocolate in it. Cocoa powder just isn't the same.

Anything with marzipan/almonds, or banana, and anything made from choux pastry

I'm with Towner - Marzipan is vile and should be banned.
Good quality cocoa is fine for making chocolate things. I prefer it to using chocolate.

What's not to like? Don't think I've ever met a type of cake I didn't like as long as it's fresh baked and without any fake cream. I especially like SuperCaz's chocolate and dark beer cake! And my own gingerbread.
