I was working on Saturday night and visited a patient who's elderly and disabled.  She asked if I would mind changing her clocks, which I did.
I went to see her again last night and was informed that I'd put all her clocks forward an hour  

LOL! I remember one time years ago when I was a nightshift taxi driver, I bumped into a friend of mine in an all night cafe at 5am. He had put his own clock forward the night before. Then his little sister had put all the clocks in the house forward. Then his big sister had gone round and done the same thing. Then his mum did it all again. So he got up FOUR hours early and didnt realise what had happened till he arrived at his work and found it shut. They were a very strange family...

They obviously had too much time on their hands.....

What, forget to have an extra hour's sleep??? Not me.
