Why can't I finish my sentenc

 I wish I lived that near to work so I could dispense with driving every day and save a lot of money! And get some exercise in too.

Ok I know this is trivial, but why do some people open a window on a train then sit upwind of the draft. Last night some fat sweaty git got on opened the window just in front of me then sat futher passed the open window. I get full blast of the air and they get a nothing, twat.  I know it was warm last night but I didn't want the draft or the extra noise thanks.

on the positive side if the guy had sat downwind, between you and the window you might have had an unpleasant smell to deal with. he was doing you a favour.

I can't stand drivers who don't either give you a wee wave of acknowledgement or flash hazards etc. when you let them in, or clearly stop on a narrow road to let them past etc.  Soooooooooooo rude.  Or people who don't say thanks when you hold a door open.  Grrrrrr   I was brought up to say 'thank-you', and so should everyone else have been!  I'll get off my high-horse now

Why is it that you get yourself up and out EARLY to get a good spectator spot, stand there for hours waiting for something to happen and then somebody comes up behind you at the last minute and asks you to move for them so they / their kids who are nearly as tall as you can see?

Piss off.

Or worst still, they push in front of you without even a comment

I have VERY pointy elbows.

The fact that they have kids seems to them to be a priority ticket for THEM to push to the front without spending time waiting.

I don't mind little kids standing in front of me. Mum can stay in row Z though. She was clearly too stupid or arrogant to get a good spot early enough.

What really annoys me is when I am driving at 30mph through a 30mph speed limit and someone overtakes me, then gives me a disgusted look for sticking to the speed limit. There's never a copper there when you need one.

As slow as tractors, allowed everywhere except motorways and you have to be REALLY careful trying to overtake them as it's a lot easier to wobble a rider off a moped than a farmer off a tractor. Grr.

A lot of these moped riders are 16 year olds who ride like maniacs, race each other and act like lunatics.

We have a nice 30mph limit here that changes to a 40 at the bottom of a hill. Nothing like dropping down a few gears at the 40 sign whilst the other car is in mid-overtake

Cars that don't indicate at Roundabouts then turn after I've stopped mid run !!!!!

Rickster - 100% agreed, but I'd still feel slightly guilty if I knocked one off in an attempt to get past their noisy 30mph plodding.

Rickster - totally agree. I will NEVER push anyone to break the speed limit. Quite happy to sit behind.

I don't like those who insist on doing 35 in a 60 quite so much though....... If you can't get somewhere approaching the speed limit of a road without cacking your pants, you should probably hand your licence back in and stop getting in everyone's way.
