Great stuff - good report and fab time considering where you started. My first year was around the 2 hour mark and this year was tough.

Hi there,

I'm thinking of entering tough guy Jan 2008.

Can anyone suggest suitable training plans, weights etc?

yep

sit in a bath of muddy cold water - preferably just above freezing outdoors as well - for an hour.

run up the side of a 1:1 hill about 12 times

find an army assault course and run round that a couple of times

sorted
