Anyone else needing to pee more in this cold weather?

I'm getting dehydrated. Every 5 miles I need to stop to 'release the pressure'

Anyone else finding that their bladder controls have been adjusted by this recent turn in the weather?

getting dehydrated?

So its colder....you will most likely sweat less, therefore need to consume less fluid. If you dont, then it's simple maths isnt it.

it's normal

it's your body's way of controlling your hydration status when you can't sweat so much - no sweat, so pee more.

I had to go 3 times the other night Keir, just as well it was dark and in a Park.
I felt like a dog as I used the same tree on all 3 times!

Don't let B&B know you have a weak bladder - he'll only take the piss.

I'll get my coat…

Thank god for that - I thought I was developing prostate problems! (Which is of course very possible at my age).
