Ta Flo! The knee isn't good and to be honest I think my running days are over

I see the consultant again this Friday but he's already said there's nothing more he can do for me at this time!

Yup - I started posting in 2001 on the "old old" forum.

Currently not running, as I'm due to have baby number 2 next Monday!

A lot has happened in those 10 years.............................
