I have a bib available for the full marathon in Edinburgh on 26 May 2013. Unfortunately, I have to pull out due to a military reassignment and a lingering achilles injury. Just looking to recoupe cost of the entry fee (£50). I am stateside, so a Paypal exchange would be preferable. The EMF website makes transfers easy to accomplish: http://www.edinburgh-marathon.com/?transfer_withdrawals. The website says the new runner will owe a £10 fee once the transfer is initiated.
