2nd Funchal Half Marathon

Hi, Anyone out there tried to register for the Funchal Half Marathon (island of Madeira)? I've tried the website and e-mailing the organisers but to no avail. I've got time to register once I get there, well before the event, but would be good to know I've got a place anyway. M.

I had the same problem and when it was postponed, only found out on the day - I think because it is a new race, the organisers should get better with time.

In the end I had a trip to the Madeiran Amateur Athletics association in Camara de Lobos, then picked up my bib and chip from an obscure porcelain shop in Funchal city centre They need to get better organised, though is only the second time they've held the event in the city. Great day on the 10th when it finally took place - really enjoyed it.
