Wow, is it a year already?

After a decent 12 week's training I'll be toeing the line again and looking for a good performance. Basically ran a solo time trial 19:31 5000m at an SUS meet 3 weeks ago and I have the Duncect 5k on Sunday which should give me a good idea as to what kind of fitness levels I'm at.

Anyone else?

Good luck Duckinator! I'm missing BH this year (again) as despite my vows to never do it again, I'm lining up at Edinburgh.

That's a shame Clag - although if it's a windy day like it probably will be the stretch along the boulevard will not be fun! Will you be at Moray this year?

I would think so - not sure as yet what I'm doing - half or 10k.
