O.K.....I'm going to join in.
Number 306 - no idea what I'll be wearing as it will be weather dependant and I am rubbish at planning what to wear for anything let alone running. Might have an orange cap on or a black beanie with plaits.....my own plaits and not some crazy stick on ones.
Will say I am going for 3.59.....yeah....will give that a go.
Rob Phillips - I don't know what the early trains are like from Reading to Waterloo, but if it fits I can make a small detour and pick you up outside Bracknell Station before 7:30
Rob Phillips - either that, or I will be driving down the M4 past Junction 11 - I can pull off there and pick you up?
As Im the only one without a time,I am going to say 4.30 as I would love to get well under the 5h. It may just be wishful thinking but I should have something to aim for.
I did say I was a slow one.
Chillies - That would be great, I can certainly get to M4 Junction 11 as early as you like -
Im not quite sure of the layout of junction 11 but I can investigate and suggest a meeting point (unless you already know of something suitable)
I dont know if anyone would be interested in my blog but I will be writing about Abo next week and would love some of you to be in it. Its just my ramblings of my running and a bit about my reasons. I wont be offended if you dont want to. Oh and I am not a crazy stalker or anything
Hi Ecky - just jhad a quick looksee at your blog as I sit here at work having first coffee of the day. It has me hooked and i will read some more later. Just wanted to say well done you on what you have done and why you started to do it. Impressive stuff.
Good luck on Sunday and I will try to get my pea brain into gear to try and spot you.
Hi PH. Thanks for taking a look. I am not a natural athlete and I just wanted to have a bit of fun with it and show others that they can do it too and be a daft bugger like me.
Just look for the C.R.A.C team accompanied by a big pile of Cakes.
Rob - If I pull off the M4 at J11 and head towards Reading on the A33, there is a round building on the left with a lake in front of it (only about 200m from the motorway)- I can pick you up in front of that at some time close to 7.30? message me with your phone number might be an idea
Good luck and pb wishes to all who are running on Sunday. If you haven't run it before - prepare for the subway mountain around mile 23!
Might see you all again next year (if I am not marathoned out after VLM).
Chillies - Good racing at the weekend and congrats on the course PB.
Martin - Nice 10K, that is quick.
Keir - Cheers for the good wishes. How's the running/cycling going?
3 miles recovery yesterday, 10 x 200 reps today, having my tooth hopefully sorted out tomorrow so no running probably, maybe 4 to 5 miles thursday and that will be it for me til Sunday. I'll update the list later.
Barry - had my fillings done today - no anaesthetic for me, so I got an "I've been brave" sticker.
Just popping out for a 4 mile bimble - a little bit of stiffness in whatever the muscles on the outside of the shins are called, so hopefully I'll shake that out over a couple of short easy runs.

I think i've got everyone on the list with the correct detail, apologies if not. Best way to spot me though will be blue KT tape down my right shin.
6 miles for me today with 1 mile at marathon pace. Rest tomorrow then 4 on Thursday, 3 on Friday and rest on Saturday. Also looking forward to carbo loading soon but have stuffed my face with rice and chicken curry so maybe carbo loading has sort of started already
Just had a good read back, nice HM from you Barry a couple of weeks ago, real turn around from a few months ago, things looking good. Also a much better showing from AC and Chillies, was watching some of the Henley half Sunday near the bridge, shame i didnt know about the red black vest as would have cheered you on!
Would have expected nothing else from your 10k Martin! Everyone seems to be going well with some good and hopefully achievable goals for Sunday! Haven't looked at the weather yet, just no strong winds please..
I wonder what everyone thinks of doing a circuits class on Weds. Its a tough one as its one of those Boot camp type thingys. I am thinking of maybe giving it a miss as Im not sure if it will hinder me on Sun. I also run a Running club on Thurs so have to run that too and cant get out of it.
Sorry to hear that Slokeyjoe, hope you still do the carb loading at least, always makes me feel better
