Is it suitable for beginners

I have run four 10K races now - the last one took me 62 minutes but it was flat! I'm training for a 10 mile and half marathon in May. Is this route suitable for beginners? I'd like to run in a local race.

No idea whether it is suitable for beginners or not but I am going to run it and it will be my first 'race', though I have been running for a little while.

Apparently it is hilly - but how bad can it be it is only 10k, maybe good training for a longer distance?

Anyone else doing/done this one?

I've decided against running it because I'm doing the half marathon in Exeter on 1st May but I'm coming along to support other runners and entering my 5 year old in the Tom Thumb race.
