anyone got experience of this?
Described as "whichever trail run you choose will mean hills, mud, sand and then some more hills"
Don't think proper XC shoes (spikes or even studs) appropriate for sand and probably hard trail, but not sure (have just joined an AC and still haven't decided on spikes or studs for the grass-based XCs).
Probably okay in my Asics Trabucos which aren't any good in slippery mud - but just wondered what people's experiences were?
