Hi all, my report for today
although I was slightly slower than last year, I felt I paced myself better this time. I have missed a quite a bit of training over the last few weeks so I was expecting a slower time. (1:29:20) unconfirmed.
I started to struggle at 9 miles to the finish. I'll do a bit of training on Tue, Wed and Thu and I should be OK for the Haddington half-Marathon on Saturday afternoon.

By the way you are running well, 1:20 is still good going, good luck with the trip to the States.
