....to me especially (ha ha I need all the luck I can get!) but also to Parky and everyone else running it. I'm nervous and a bit delirious today, but thank God I have work to take my mind of it (joke!)

Best of luck for you marathon - is it your first?

Just think that by the time I do my debut - next Sunday - you will be basking in the glow of post race recovery!
