Birmingham Half Marathon

Hi,

 I'm considering having a go at the Birmingham Half Marathon - it'll be my first half.  Anyone else either done it or planning on doing it this year?  It's not on the RW events list and I think it's a fairly new one.   Are there likely to be RW pacers?  I always start too fast!
