Did the 20 mile run last year as part of my marathon prep.  Probaly do it this year as well.

I have been told by one of the Reading Roadrunners coaches that the momento is a medal.

Im in for the 20 too, also as part of London, oh yeh and the Exmoor CTS Marathon the week before prep ;-p

In it for the 10. Then three of us staying to support the reast of the club that are doing the twenty. Not done this oe before looking forward to it.

In 2011 and 2012 the memento was a medal - and you get the same one whether you do 10 or 20 miles.  

I ran it in 2011 - it's a really good race.

Really enjoyed the race, saved my energy for the 2nd lap! Toilet queues were a nightmare though!

Great race and a great course, think a few marshalls are required to make it a safer experience.
