Anyone know if this is 2 laps of the 10M course? I'm doing 20, some friends doing 10 but cant find a route map on the organiser's website so dont know if i can run with them for the first half

The good news for that, is that if after 9 miles, youre thinking 'Bugger this for a joke' you can stop after a mile and pretend you always intended to do 10 miles.
