Hi, I’ve organised a charity 5k fun run in memory of my first wife and to raise money for Cancer Research UK.  It’s my first attempt at such a thing and am very nervous!  I have received all the relevant confirmations from the organisations and services concerned.  Please support this cause and sign up today.  Thank you

Brilliant day! I really enjoyed it and have now been spurred on to sign up for a couple of 10k runs!

I hope there'll be another next year, but I hope it'll be a bit less hot!

Hi Kirk,

Welldone for the organisation, had a good run and thoroughly enjoyed it...... it's good that there is a local race coz so many races are disappearing nowadays due to lack of interest and Braydeston is full to capacity, so good skills.

How do we get hold of the results and placings please?.... Or aren't there any!

Well done and thanx again.
