dont forget, if they are being done in the states, then they probably went home from work on 76% and will continue when they get back in.

Remember, its only early in the morning over there. Probably not even time to get up yet. I dont think it will start moving off 76% until later this evening.

I checked out my photos and there are 2 of me and I look blooming hideous!! Despite smiling at offcial looking cameramen it appears they have found 2 of the world's most unflattering photos of me grimacing in pain!! I don't think I'll be ordering them for the mantelpiece!

i had a look on the flikr photo website and someone called 42run took 1651 photos. If you have the patience to go through them, im sure you will find one of yourself.

First attempt at run yesterday and was complete pants AND calves are aching. Am sure a trip to the theatre with a live music pub tonight will solve it

Donna I just resized the photo to 10% of original and it worked, I use mac so not sure what you use? The image was quite small as was off a phone.

Lisa, I do plod really, it took me 75mins for that almost 10k in the heat today, wakeboarding looks far more strenuous (I wasn't sure what it was, so had to look it up!)
