Well, I managed to get round in 53mins which i'm pretty chuffed with considering the running gear I was wearing.....(i'm Buzz!)

I was near you guys somewhere near the 1st Km- manit was hot! Well done on your time especially in that heat!!!!!

I had a bit of a wobble when we hit the river- even though I run up and down there all the time but finished in 1.03 not too bad considering the sun!!!

Well done Vik! Yeah agreed it was hot! The course doesn't lend itself to a good time though I thought, as its quite narrow and uneven under foot. Hope you survived the traffic after the race? I think there was a road accident outside the car entrance to Bushy Park (Lion House Hotel?).

Traffic was awful trying to get to Hampton Court but managed to get to start in plenty of time , only to find the race had been delayed.

Happy with time considering carrying a hip injury got round in 44:40 a PB

Great time I did 44ish round that course in 2007 was hoping to break 41 last year but had a traumatic start to the day with my hand being slammed in the car door on arrival at Hampton Court still did 43ish
