Pink water bottle as well how colour co-ordinated.

Go on enter the AR 10K definatly one you can do.You will get a faster time and you will have more runners in this race and you will get dragged along by the other runners.

fittorun, the water bottle was an accident! belongs to my 6 year old and has fifi flowertot on it........easy to hold thats why i had it. well thats my excuse.... um how does one get 'dragged' along by other runners?! never happened in the others ive done and not sure i like the sound of it -haha.

i will have to talk my daughter round-prhaps i can tempt her with the bacon buttie? hmmm ,may just work.....p.s i am going to AR thread now fittorun, cu on that page.....
